Quiet room and very comfy, firm bed. Breakfast (included), was great. Also ate at their restaurant for dinner, Baton Rouge, and had great meals there.

The room I eventually stayed in was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. The hotel offers many great facilities such as a gym, pool, sauna, and hot spring, although I didn’t get a chance to use them this time.

The room was clean and spacious and came with a lot of toiletries. (Mouthwash, body wash, shampoo, etc). The bed was super comfortable and the TV was a good size. It was nice and warm and the room was pretty soundproof, as I didn’t hear anyone around us, even in the morning.

The location was fantastic. And knowing that the building was quite an old one I thought they did an excellent job of updating the hotel. It was thoroughly modern. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

All aspects of our stay at the hotel were excellent. It has a good location downtown. Check-in was straightforward in the classy lobby. Our room was clean and quiet, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The pool was nice as well.

We weren't sure if breakfast was included, so didn't go. The bed was awesome, pillows great. Noise level other amazing, hearing people in flip flops in hallway, and normal level of talking..🤯 Comfort level in room was top of the line...

Excellent location. Nice room and very comfortable bed. The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. All and all we had a wonderful stay and hope to be back someday for a longer stay. I did not need anything but I liked the fact that one can request room supplies from a "menu" on the TV as well as viewing the final bill before checking out.

For such an affordable price, the gym and pool were in excellent condition. The gym had better equipment than some independent gyms I've been to! The staff was wonderful and the entire hotel is well organized and welcoming.

Room on ground floor. Very quite and comfy bed and pillows. Used the hotel after flight from Uk so location was great as we needed to return to airport following morning to collect car hire., free hotel/airport shuttle was a bonus.We did not have the breakfast.
